Peru 2013 - Dag 10 - Arequipa

A quiet day in Arequipa.
Perfect climate on a height of 2.400m.
We felt good.
Of course, this city is a gastronomical paradise.
Here we had our best coffee ever. (At coffeeshop Tanta, brand: Bisetti)
Here we also tasted our best chocolate. Local brand is La Iberica. We bought enough for some time.

We had lunch at Trattoria del Monasterio. Delicious Ravioli and Risotti with a local hint.
Menu by Gaston, who else.

As Arequipa is also the trade center of Alpaca wool, the choice is enormous. We bought more.

We visited Casa del Moral, giving us an impression how people lived here in colonial times.

We had dinner in famous restaurant ZigZag.
